Coury Hospitality will expand its Vin Hotel Collection. This growth includes a transformative expansion of the flagship Hotel Vin in Grapevine, Texas, as well as the debut of Hotel Vin Pinnacle Hills in Rogers, Ark.
Since opening in 2020, Hotel Vin has redefined hospitality in downtown Grapevine, becoming a destination known for its service, culinary excellence and community engagement. Its overwhelming success and sustained demand have led to an expansion designed to elevate the guest experience further.
This next phase will add 120 guestrooms, including 26 suites, bringing the hotel’s total accommodations to 240. Enhancements will also include an outdoor pool, a 5,000-square-foot event space, restaurant and boutique spa. The expansion is set to break ground in late 2025.
Hotel Vin Pinnacle Hills
Building on the success of Hotel Vin Grapevine, Coury Hospitality is expanding its Vin Hotel Collection with the debut of Hotel Vin Pinnacle Hills in Rogers, Ark. Expected to open in 2026, this $72 million+ Autograph Collection Hotel by Marriott will have 125 guestrooms, food and beverage experiences, a rooftop bar, an outdoor pool and over 10,000-square-feet of meeting and event space.
Positioned in one of Northwest Arkansas’ most sought-after neighborhoods, Hotel Vin Pinnacle Hills will cater to both business and leisure travelers. The hotel will be located near corporate offices, restaurants, an outdoor amphitheater and scenic biking trails that connect to the broader Pinnacle Hills trail system. Accommodations will include marble bathrooms, designer toiletries and upscale amenities, alongside a fine-dining restaurant featuring locally sourced cuisine.

Hotel Vin Pinnacle Hills broke ground in fall 2024 with an expected opening in summer 2026.
