Field & Stream Lodge Co., a new hospitality platform born from the Field & Stream brand, is set to open its first property: Field & Stream Bozeman, Mont. Backed by more than 150 years of experience in the Great Outdoors, the Lodge combines the traditions of hunting and fishing lodges with modern amenities.
Located one mile from downtown Bozeman, the Lodge is close to Montana’s most celebrated destinations, including Bridger Bowl, Big Sky Resort, Yellowstone National Park, and the Madison, Gallatin and Yellowstone Rivers.
"Field & Stream Bozeman celebrates the brand’s rich history while introducing modern comforts and a focus on great American hospitality,” Bill Cottrill, general manager of Field & Stream Bozeman, said in a statement. “The Lodge provides a true sense of place for travelers looking to immerse themselves in the spirit of Big Sky Country. We cannot wait for you to stay with us."
With 179 rooms and suites—ranging from mountain kings and bunk rooms to camper connecting suites—Field & Stream Bozeman can accommodate solo adventurers, families and groups. Each room has a dedicated workspace, peg board storage, mini fridge and wool camp blankets. Some accommodations include a sleeper sofa.
Throughout the Lodge, interiors combine vintage and custom-upholstered furnishings with locally inspired décor and ephemera influenced by the Field & Stream archives. The Great Room has a large stone fireplace, communal seating, board games and historic Bozeman décor—all beneath a vintage canoe suspended from the ceiling.
The 29,000-square-foot backyard has a landscaped courtyard with canoe-shaped fire pits, log seating and tent-like canvas umbrellas. For groups and events, the Lodge provides a variety of offerings from 3,800 square feet of private meeting space to full-property buyouts. The Supply Shop provides sundries, souvenirs and outdoor essentials.
