Coury Holdings has appointed Bo Patel as chief operating officer as the company expands its West Coast presence with nine new hotel management agreements across California. With more than two decades of experience in hospitality management, development, and investment, Patel will lead West Coast growth and operations, driving strategic expansion for Coury Holdings' West Coast assets, with a particular focus on the Concert Hospitality division, which specializes in branded full- and select-service hotels.

Before joining Coury Holdings, Patel led a team managing a $1B+ AUM family office real estate portfolio, leveraging a data-driven approach to optimize asset performance and deliver superior returns.
Previously, he co-founded and served as CFO of Evolution Hospitality, playing a key role in its launch, growth and acquisition by Aimbridge Hospitality. He oversaw all financial aspects of the business, demonstrating expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and leadership. Before that, he was VP of Finance at Tarsadia Hotels, where he led financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and risk management.

With the addition of the nine California properties, Coury Holdings adds a presence in both northern and southern California:
- San Diego: Hilton Garden Inn Old Town, Hampton Inn Mission Valley, Homewood Suites Mission Valley and Homewood Suites Hotel Circle collectively add 726 rooms, multiple dining venues, outdoor pools and fitness centers to the market.
- Palm Springs: DoubleTree Palm Spring (289 rooms) includes Mira Bar & Lounge and Polanco Kitchen with mountain views.
Management Growth
Meanwhile, Coury Hospitality, the lifestyle division of Coury Holdings, expands its curated hotel portfolio with four new management agreements, further reinforcing its footprint in the Western Region:
- TETRA Hotel, Autograph Collection in Sunnyvale, Calif., has 186 rooms, 14 suites, a pool deck and Adrestia and a California-inspired restaurant.
- Hotel Citrine, Tribute Portfolio in Palo Alto, Calif., is a sustainability-focused lifestyle hotel with 150 guestrooms and the Wild Onion Bistro & Bar, an elevated dining concept inspired by the farm-to-table movement.
- AC Hotel Palo Alto in Palo Alto, Calif., is s 144-guestroom hotel with an AC Kitchen and AC Lounge.
- AC Hotel Sunnyvale in Sunnyvale, Calif. has a sleek, minimalist design, LEED Silver-certification and an AC Lounge.
