Lodgco Hospitality promotes Susie Nowakowski to vice president of operations, effective immediately. Nowakowski has been with Lodgco for six years, most recently serving as corporate director of operations, where she demonstrated leadership, operational excellence and a commitment to developing high-performing teams across the company’s growing portfolio, according to the company.
In her new role, Nowakowski will oversee day-to-day operations for Lodgco’s properties, working closely with hotel leaders to drive performance, enhance guest experience, and ensure operational alignment with the company’s strategic goals. She has played a vital role in delivering strong financial results across multiple assets, with a consistent focus on profitability, cost control, and revenue growth. In addition to her operational leadership, Nowakowski plays a critical role as leading the transition team as Lodgco assumes management of owned or managed assets, ensuring seamless onboarding and integration into the Lodgco portfolio.
