Hotel management company Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group has promoted two key team members.

Dan Applegate has been promoted to vice president of finance, where he will oversee financial strategy, hotel and company reporting, forecasting and owner relations to support the company’s expanding portfolio. Before this role, he was director of finance and has held several key positions within the company, driving growth and financial performance.
Nick Vitolano has been promoted to director of business development, where he will lead the sourcing and evaluation of new management and acquisition opportunities. Vitolano has experience in resort, branded and luxury/lifestyle properties, having worked with Marriott and Hilton. Originally from New York, he earned his bachelor’s degree in hospitality industry management with a minor in political science from the University of Delaware.
