Following a renovation and repositioning by ownership, the Red Roof Inn La Porte, Texas, has opened.
Owner Emrine invested approximately $300,000 in renovations to the 44-room property, which included refreshing guest bathrooms as well as adding new furniture, bedding, lighting and flooring in the guestrooms. The repositioning also included renovating the lobby and updating the landscaping.
Located just off Highway 146 with access to Highway 225 and I-45, the hotel is near Johnson Space Center, Sylvan Beach Park, Battleship Texas State Historic Site, as well as William P. Hobby Airport and George Bush Intercontinental Airport.
The Red Roof Inn La Porte has laundry faciilities and a business center. The property is also pet-friendly.
