Hotel Ardent — Tapestry Collection by Hilton, opens its doors in Dayton, Ohio’s Theater District. Hotel Ardent blends modern flair with an appreciation for this historic building, celebrating the city's rich heritage and innovative spirit.
Developed and owned by First Investors and operated and managed by First Hospitality, Hotel Ardent – Tapestry Collection by Hilton, occupies the historic Barclay Building, constructed in 1925 and is on the National Register of Historic Places. The hotel’s design is inspired by Dayton’s legacy, while providing a sleek and modern experience for travelers. Guests will enjoy 118 thoughtfully curated rooms and suites, designed to provide comfort and style. The hotel also has an upscale fitness center with a dedicated yoga studio, along with intimate event spaces including a boardroom, perfect for small meetings and events.

In April, the restaurant Bistecca – an upscale Italian steakhouse inspired by the flavors of Tuscany, will open. The menu blends Italian culinary traditions with a modern flair, featuring handmade pastas, wood-fired grill selections, and signature cocktails.

Hotel Ardent is located just steps away from Dayton’s attractions, with renowned destinations walking distance from its front door including the Dayton Art Institute (0.1 miles), the Victoria Theater (0.1 miles), and the Schuster Performing Arts Center (0.2 miles). The Dayton Convention Center is just a half mile away, and the University of Dayton and Miami Valley Hospital are within two miles. Guests can also enjoy access to bike rentals and miles of paved trails within walking distance.
