Pyramid Global Hospitality has added four hotels to its collection: the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix; Naples Grande Beach Resort in Naples, Fla.; the Chatham Bars Inn in Chatham, Mass.; and the Inn at Perry Cabin in St. Michaels, Md.
