Vision Hospitality Group will be managing the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Goose Creek, a 109-room, all-suite hotel currently in development in Summerville, S.C.
Scheduled to open in early 2027, the property represents a new development by Clarendon Properties, in partnership with Commercial Realty Advisors Development as project developers, and Chattanooga, Tenn.-based Vision Hospitality Group as management partner.

The new-build SpringHill Suites will have 1,000 square feet of meeting space, a lobby bar and flexible suites offering distinct living, working and sleeping areas. Positioned in the Goose Creek/Summerville corridor, the hotel is expected to cater to both business and leisure travelers visiting the greater Charleston region.
