The Renaissance Phoenix Glendale (Ariz.) Hotel & Spa, operated by Atrium Hospitality, has completed a major renovation. Encompassing themes of water and earth as well as modern enhancements, the hotel’s nine-month, multimillion-dollar makeover covered all guest accommodations, lobby, common areas, conference center, fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, restaurants and bars as well as 100,000 square feet of meeting space.
Using a color palette of gray, blue, green and brown, the makeover includes furniture, fixtures and textiles; clean lines; an abundance of LED lighting; and unique artwork, wall installations, and large video screens with time-lapsed desert scenes.
