Brookfield Properties has revealed that the landmark Stoneleigh Hotel in uptown Dallas will unveil its transformation this 2026.
The Stoneleigh will join Marriott Bonvoy’s Autograph Collection as it begins a new chapter that looks to blend heritage, artistry and modern luxury, according to the company. The multi-million-dollar renovation features fully reimagined interiors by boutique design studio Fettle and a new culinary program led by James Beard Award–winning chef Michael White.
“The Stoneleigh has always been more than a hotel—it has been a gathering place, a cultural landmark and a symbol of Dallas’ spirit,” Shai Zelering, managing partner and global head of hospitality at Brookfield’s Real Estate Group, said in a statement. “This reimagining honors that legacy while introducing fresh, immersive experiences. With Chef Michael White leading the culinary vision, The Stoneleigh will once again be the centerpiece of Uptown.”
The project pays homage to the hotel’s storied past while reintroducing it as a destination of bold sophistication inspired by American design icon Dorothy Draper, according to the company. The redesigned Stoneleigh will feature expansive guest rooms and suites, a revitalized pool and terrace, reimagined meeting and event spaces and an updated fitness center. Programming will include live music and community events that invite both locals and visitors to experience the hotel’s renewed energy.
White will oversee the property’s entire culinary and cocktail program, including two original dining concepts debuting exclusively at The Stoneleigh. Each venue is designed to reflect both Dallas’ dynamic dining culture and the hotel’s distinctive character.
