The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas has completed a full redesign of its Chelsea Tower penthouse collection, debuting 24 penthouse suites and 14 entourage rooms across two dedicated floors.
The new accommodations introduce contemporary interiors, expanded amenities and dedicated butler service for the first time at the property. The transformation—led by design firm Studio Gaia—added with custom furnishings, textured finishes and curated art from Rare Culture to bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas.
“The Cosmopolitan has always embraced bold, daring design and these new Chelsea Penthouses elevate that legacy to new heights,” Sean Lanni, president and COO of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, said in a statement. “We designed these suites to reflect the spirit of the resort itself—vibrant, energetic and made for connection. With sweeping views, expansive living rooms and thoughtful details throughout, they create the kind of experience our guests will remember long after their stay.”
Ranging from 1,900 square feet and offered in two-, three- and four-bedroom configurations, the new penthouses emphasize open-plan layouts anchored by a central living area. The design includes sculptural seating, glass-topped dining tables, wet bars and floor-to-ceiling windows opening to terraces with views of the Las Vegas Valley.
Bathrooms have black-and-white stone finishes, large mirrors and custom lighting, while select suites incorporate amenities such as foosball tables or private Peloton gyms. Each penthouse includes a dedicated butler to provide 24-hour personalized service.
The guest arrival experience was also refreshed with redesigned hallways in a deep purple and gray palette accented by contemporary lighting and artwork designed to complement the penthouse aesthetic.
