American Liberty Hospitality expands POS partnership with Shiji

American Liberty Hospitality has rolled out Shiji’s expanded POS technology platform across much of its portfolio. The Houston-based management company has expanded its use of Shiji’s Infrasys POS, Infrasys POS Move mobile point-of-sale solution and Stellaris Digital Dine, across seven of its properties, including its newest hotel, the Hilton Houston Westchase.

The initiative is designed to strengthen ALH’s digital transformation strategy by unifying operations and enabling mobile-first service, allowing staff to take orders and process payments at the guest’s point of contact. Executives from both Shiji and ALH emphasized the flexibility and scalability of the solution, noting its ability to evolve with future growth while enhancing guest satisfaction.

"The hybrid setup of Infrasys POS Move all-in-one has given us the flexibility to scale service where it's needed most," Jason Kaminski, corporate food & beverage manager at American Liberty Hospitality, said in a statement. "We've seen speed and efficiency gains across the board, from completing transactions at the guest's first point of contact to making database changes remotely thanks to the cloud-based system. The biggest benefit is knowing the system can evolve with us—whether it's adapting outlets, upgrading hardware or growing our F&B strategy."

The company’s Texas properties now live with Shiji technology include the DoubleTree Galveston Beach; Embassy Suites Houston Downtown; Homewood Suites/Hampton Inn Houston Downtown; Holiday Inn Express/Staybridge Suites Houston Galleria; and Hilton Houston Westchase.
