Hotel management firm EOS Hospitality—which oversees a portfolio of 60 hotels, resorts and outdoor accommodations throughout the U.S.—has entered into a technology partnership with revenue management specialist IDeaS.
Following a competitive evaluation, EOS selected the Minneapolis, Minn.-based SAS company to replace its previous provider and lead the next phase of its commercial transformation. The company will implement the IDeaS G3 Revenue-Management System to improve pricing, demand forecasting and operational efficiency across its portfolio.

The partnership also includes adoption of IDeaS Optix, which will provide performance visibility and configurable reporting across ownership groups, as well as IDeaS RevPlan for automated financial forecasting and reporting. Migration to the IDeaS platform will begin in 2025 under an initial three-year agreement covering 50 EOS properties, with the option to expand as the portfolio grows.
