HotelMinder has launched a new platform designed to connect hoteliers with vetted hospitality experts and provide cost-effective solutions to operational challenges.
The service—known as Lobby and now live in beta—is free to join for both hoteliers and experts, operating on a commission-based model. Founded in 2013, HotelMinder began as an open hospitality knowledge platform and technology marketplace aimed at helping smaller properties compete with larger brands. The introduction of Lobby expands on that mission by offering global access to industry expertise, according to the company.

“With rapid technological advancement and a more competitive market landscape, hoteliers face increasingly complex operational demands,” Benjamin Verot, founder of HotelMinder, said in a statement. “Lobby fills a gap in the industry by providing a centralized, trusted network of experts to help hotels improve performance and profitability.”

Through Lobby, users are given access to specialists in areas such as revenue management, operations, distribution, marketing, automation, technology consulting and hotel management. The goal is to provide independent and small-scale operators with direct access to experienced professionals who can support business growth and efficiency.
Verot further noted that the timing is particularly relevant as major OTAs continue to integrate AI-driven tools, such as those recently launched by Booking.com and Expedia, reshaping the distribution landscape.
