Hotel operations software provider Optii Solutions has unveiled a new integration with Medallia Concierge, which is designed to enable hotel teams to create jobs directly from Concierge chats.
The integration is intended to eliminate the need to manually transfer guest requests between platforms. Requests submitted through Medallia Concierge are automatically converted into actionable tasks in Optii.

The integration streamlines workflows by turning guest messages into Optii jobs in real time, reduces response times by making tasks immediately actionable and improves service outcomes by routing requests to the appropriate team members, according to the company. The Optii + Medallia Concierge integration is available immediately to joint customers.
