Quore has introduced a new hotel employee training platform known as Quore University at The Hospitality Show.
The next-generation Learning Management System from Quore was developed in collaboration with LearnUpon. The new platform is designed to transform how hotel employees are trained, helping them take control of their own learning while improving retention and elevating guest service, according to the company.

“Our mission is to make Quore indispensable for every user,” Drew Smith, director of training at Quore, said in a statement. “By delivering targeted, engaging training experiences, we’re helping hotels onboard faster, operate more efficiently and deliver exceptional service—all while reducing churn and improving employee satisfaction.”

Following a pilot program involving more than 600 hotels, Quore University is now live across all 7,400 Quore customer locations. The interactive platform features 12 curated learning paths tailored to more than 40 hospitality job titles.
To develop the platform, Quore partnered with LearnUpon and its SaaS technology to add personalization, certification and gamification. The platform is designed to be flexible, scalable and data-driven. It also includes reporting tools that give hotel leaders real-time visibility into employee progress and certification status.

Hospitality Show attendees can experience Quore University first-hand in Booth #1022 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver.
