Cooper Hotels acquires Florida Hampton Inn

Hotel operator and developer Cooper Hotels acquired the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Naples-Central in Florida. Other terms and conditions were not disclosed.

The property becomes Memphis, Tenn.-based Cooper Hotels’ second in Naples—joining the Hilton Naples—and its seventh in the state. The company operates five other Hilton-branded hotels across Florida and is developing a Hampton Inn & Suites in Fort Myers, expected to open in late 2027.

“We are excited to integrate Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Naples-Central into our portfolio of exclusively Hilton-branded hotels,” Pace Cooper, president and CEO of Cooper Hotels, said in a statement. “Naples is a premier destination, and this property will continue our tradition of quality and service while strengthening our local presence.”

Cooper Hotels plans to invest more than $4 million in renovations to the 107-room Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Naples-Central over the coming months. Planned upgrades include refreshed guestrooms, enhanced public areas and technology improvements designed to elevate the guest experience.

The hotel has a complimentary hot breakfast, outdoor pool, fitness center, meeting room and modern amenities for both leisure and business travelers. The hotel’s central location provides access to Naples’ beaches, shopping and dining.
