Kabani Hotel Group, a hospitality brokerage firm, sold the Holiday Inn Mobile Airport in Mobile, Ala., for $9.7 million. Other terms and conditions were not disclosed. The transaction, led by Lucas Mondino and Ahmed Kabani, represents a strategic acquisition in a high-demand market, with a price per key of $100,000, an 11.3 percent cap rate, and a revenue multiple of 3.59x.

The 97-key Holiday Inn Mobile Airport is strategically positioned to capture the demand from corporate and transient travelers, ensuring a steady revenue stream for its new ownership, according to Kabani.
