Maya Hotels has acquired the Courtyard Charlotte Gastonia in Gastonia, N.C. With this addition, Maya Hotels owns three hotels in Gaston County, having operated eight hotels in the region over the past 30 years. Other terms and conditions of the acquisition were not disclosed.

The 130-room Courtyard Charlotte Gastonia is located off Exit 20 on Interstate 85, with convenient access to key local demand generators. The property is minutes from downtown Gastonia and nearby business hubs, including Caramont Health. Additionally, with easy access to major attractions and the vibrant Charlotte metropolitan area, the hotel is well-positioned for both business and leisure travelers.
The Courtyard Charlotte Gastonia has an indoor pool, a 24/7 marketplace with snacks and beverages, an onsite fitness center, complimentary Wi-Fi and The Bistro, which serves breakfast, dinner and a variety of beverages. The hotel has more than 2,800 square feet of flexible meeting space, perfect for business events and gatherings.
