Whitestone Hospitality acquired the 108-room Comfort Suites in Arlington, Texas from an affiliate of Waramaug Hospitality. Marcus & Millichap arranged the transaction. Other terms and conditions were not disclosed.
“Following a comprehensive marketing campaign that captured strong local and regional interest, the call for offers resulted in the property receiving multiple non-refundable offers on day one,” Chris Gomes, executive managing director, said in a statement. “Local buyers were selected, and the transaction moved seamlessly from contract to closing in just 60 days — a testament to an efficient, results-driven process.”
Gomes, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, an affiliate of Waramaug Hospitality, and procured the buyer. The transaction received additional support from Allan Miller of the Miller-Gomes Hotel Team.
The Comfort Suites Arlington – Entertainment District is an all-suites, upper-midscale hotel less than two miles from AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field and Six Flags Over Texas. Renovated in 2023, with additional upgrades completed in early 2025, the property draws year-round demand from nearby sports venues, corporate offices, health care institutions and the University of Texas.
